1.Why do I need a username?
Your username will be used as part of your personal website URL.
2.Can a person who has a debit card, but not a credit card, sign up as a member?
We accept all forms of VISA and MasterCard. Most debit cards and pre-paid debit cards can also be used in the place of a credit card and should work fine on our website. However, the card must say Visa or MasterCard on it. Be sure to wait at least 15 minutes in between each transaction, when using the same card for several sign ups.
3.Do I need to print the W-9 Form? No, Some forms in the Software are not applicable to this activity.
4..How long will it take for my website to be activated?
Your personal website is established instantly, and is made live for you to send to your friends and family and start building your organization. Once you submit the form the server builds your personal website and you will receive your Welcome Letter.
5.How do I know if I am enrolling/enrolled under the right person? We use your unique website address to tie members who sign up to you. On the enrollment form itself, at the top of the form in bold it says, “Site Presented By: Jane Doe with their email address showing”. If you have already enrolled and are not sure if you were placed under the correct person, your sponsor is listed in your account manager as well.
6.What tools are in my account manager? Members have access to many features including personal info, website hits, website name, genealogy list of your 3 gifters, etc. You will be able to edit your account information.
7.How long does it take to see my 'downline' after someone signs up? Once someone has successfully processed an enrollment on your website they will instantly show up in your downline which is viewable in your account manager. You will also receive an email stating you are in line to be blessed in L.I.F.E.
8.Why is the Sports, Travel and Savings product showing on the Send Blessings Page? This is an awesome product to help you save money in so many different areas, we wanted to make it available to our members.
9.Who is my 1 Receiver? Your (one and only Receiver is your Sponsor that is showing in your back office. Contact him/her to let them know you have a blessing for them, and send it immediately within 24 hours.
10. Why is my back office still showing WAITING? The WAITING in the back office has nothing to do with this activity. There is no updating to be done in the back office.
11.Will there ever be the ability to "drill down" and see all those beneath you in your geneology report, beyond your first three? The way you can see who have empty positions in their downline, you and your group can have a special password, and you can log into others' back offices to see their 3 members as far down as you want to.
12.What happens if your sponsor doesn't respond to your request for information to send a gift? Is there a period of time until they are considered inactive? Members are to make contact to send gifts within 24 hours, if you don't hear from them within the next 24 hours, contact admin, Admin will send phone# if it's recorded. Try to make contact within the next 24 hours. After a total of 4 days from their sign up, the upline can replace them with a new member. HOW? New member will send their $3 via alertpay, with info in NOTE: name, username, with 2nd choice, email address, the person they'll replacing, name, username, and Admin will place the new member. NOTE: a person should not join unless they are ready to send their 1st $12 gift within 24 hours, or their 1st $50 gift for Platinum. (Total of $15 one-time of their pocket for Standard, or $50 for Platinum)
13.Can I mail my $3 admin / website fee to L.I.F.E. Prosperity Club? That is correct, please print the mail in form with info and we will manually place you under your sponsor as soon as we receive it. Another way you can signup, you can give the $3 cash to your sponsor and he can use his credit/debit card to help speed up your signup.
14.If someone goes inactive (doesn't respond, doesn't gift, etc.) how long until they are removed from the program? And, when they are removed, what happens with the empty position? Is there roll-up in place that would fill in that spot? After 48 hours) of no response, the upline can replace them. This is a one-time out of pocket of $15, )$50 for Platinum) all the other is from gifts. Now of course, if they notify their upline letting them know, that they are still waiting on their gifts, this is totally different. The above answer is only when there is: NO RESPONSE. As soon as a member receive ENOUGH to send out the next round, they are to do so within the next 24 hours. We want the blessings to flow out as soon as possible to help people to increase their finances.
15.What is the minimum age requirement to participate? Minimum age to participate is 18, of course the parent/guardian can open and manage an separate account for their children, grandchildren etc. This will be great for the child's college fund, helping them in school, sports, etc. Great blessing for the children.
16. How can I display my phone number in the back office? Add your phone number in the "Full Name" field behind your name to display it in the back office so your gifters will be able to contact you immediately.
17. Can the members have more than 1 position? Yes, they can have more than one position. They can join again AFTER their 3rd level is filled, coming in on their 4 or 5 level. This is good for big builders, to able to come in and continue to put their personals underneath the NEW positions. Different username is required... Also, they need to continue to sign up new members from their downlines' website. Not just their own, once they have signed up their 1st 2 members. The system will only fill 3 levels from one's website.
18. Do I have to pay a recurring monthly fee? No. There is one-time out of pocket of $3 for website setup plus a one-time out of pocket of $6 gifts to 2 members each. (Total out of pocket is only $15) ($50 for Platinum)
19. What if a member request to be removed OR need to be removed because of inactivity. How do we put a new member in that position? The New member will send their $3 via alertpay, with info in NOTE: name, username, with 2nd choice, email address, the person they'll replacing, name, username, email address. Admin will place the NEW MEMBER in that position. NOTE: a person should not join unless they are ready to send their 1st - $12 gifts within 24 hours.
